Covid-19 Measures
Due to Covid-19, please consider the following instructions:
If you experience Covid-19 symptoms, please refer to Medical Centre, where you'll take a test, if advised by the doctor. Once you did your Covid-19 test please inform @StudentAffairs_bot. After the test you will be isolated and provided with all required support. If Covid-19 is confirmed, your isolation is prolonged.
Covid-19 symptoms:
Most common symptoms: fever, dry cough, tiredness. Less common symptoms: aches and pains, sore throat, diarrhea, conjunctivitis, headache, loss of taste or smell, a rash on skin, or discoloration of fingers or toes.
Precaution measures
Please be advised to keep social distance, avoid crowd gatherings and wear face masks on the territory of Innopolis University.
Vaccination
Russian citizens can obtain a vaccine at the Medical Center. Please bring your health insurance, passport and СНИЛС. There are four types of vaccines: Sputnik V, Sputnik light, EpivacCorona and Kovivac. There's currently no vaccination procedure available for foreign students.
Accommodation & Meal Plan
Living in the dorm of Innopolis University
Basic dorm facilities include: WiFi zone, set of bed linen and towels, hygiene kit, maintenance room cleaning, 24-hour laundry room, drinking water on each floor, 24-hour recreation room with a TV, hairdryer and kettle (upon request), free parking, use of stove and air conditioner. Also, the dorm offers duplicate keys making, luggage storage, clothing repair.

Dormitory basic rules:
Be respectful.
Pets are not allowed.
Hours of silence: 10pm - 7am.
Alcohol, cigarettes (including hookahs, electronic cigarettes etc.), drugs and offensive behaviour/ are forbidden on the territory of the campus.
Do not block fire detectors. Doing so will result in disciplinary sanctions.
To bring guests you'll need to arrange guest pass for them. To bring them overnight you'll have to book a place via dormitory website.
Meal Plan
After research conducted by Student Union, canteen services
are accepting student ID for a fixed meal price. Students can use Main Building's and 1st Dorm's canteens. No costs are deducted from cholarships.

There are over 50 student clubs at the campus, including technical, sports, arts, language, etc. Join the club of your interest or create your own club that will give another spark to our student life!

Scholarships & Financial Support
Scholarship structure at Innopolis University
During the first semester all freshmen receive a scholarship assigned by the admissions department upon enrollment.
From the second semester, the scholarship will be calculated according to the following formula: S = Mmin + (Mmax-Mmin) * ((GPA-2) / 3) ^ (2.5) -Sgas, where S - scholarship amount; Мmin - the size of the minimum scholarship; Мmax - the size of the maximum scholarship; GPA is student's average grade based on the results of the last intermediate attestation (grade "A" and "P" are equal to grade "5", grade "B" - grade "4", grade "C" - grade "3", grade " D "and" F "- to the score" 2 "); Sgas - amount of state academic scholarship.
Scholarship for outstanding academic performance
If a student receives all A and P in all subjects for two semesters in a row, then 10,000 rubles will be automatically added to his/her scholarship.
Increased scholarship
Increased scholarship competition is held every semester to reward students with outstanding achievements in different fields. The amount of increased scholarship is 6,000 rubles.
Event participation
If you participate at the event such as olympiad, you are eligible to apply for travel and accommodation cost reimbursement. Each case will be considered individually. You will get reimbursed after presenting all necessary booking documents after your arrival.
Financial Support
If you need financial support due to some personal or unexpected reasons, approach StudentAffairs Office to fill financial support application form on MyUniversity. Each case will be carefully examined, and each applicant will receive personal feedback.
Violations
Having a disciplinary sanction or punishment for other violations may lead to reduced scholarship and other financial support refusal.

Health Insurance
What is health insurance for?
Health insurance is for getting first aid in case of emergency and receive free services in the clinic. All students must have an insurance by law. It is important to renew your insurance ahead of time in order to avoid penalty on the part of the migration service.
What options do I have?
We work with two insurance companies: SMP and Energogarant. Both of them cost 4500 rubles per year, however terms & conditions vary.
How does it work?
Health insurance includes medical check up, hospital treatment, doctor appointments. In order to use medical service via health insurance you have to call your insurance provider and request required amount of money to cover the cost of the service.
How to obtain a health insurance?
You can research above mentioned companies online or request more info by messaging @StudentAffairs_bot. Once you decide on your insurance company you have to proceed with payment in Student Affairs office (319).

Migration Control for International Students
Managing migration on MyUniversity
It is important to keep you documentation registered on MyUniversity to avoid penalties. It is your responsibility to ensure your presence in Russia is legal.
Here are the instructions for all international students, who returned to Innopolis University after being abroad or in any other booked accommodation (i.e. hotel) for at least one night. There are 3 buttons in "Migration Control" section of your personal account on My University (look at the picture above):

Migration Card
Find "Migration Card". Upload the scan of your migration card and scan of all pages of your passport (even empty) in one PDF file in "Migration Card" part. Fill the gaps with the information about your migration card. Now, you DON'T bring your passport to room 430, YOU can scan your passport and upload it yourself! You must do it within 3 days once you return to Innopolis University for getting registration card!

Visa
Find "Visa" section and upload scan of your visa. Fill the gaps with the information about your visa.

Registration
After that you will receive your new registration card within 7-10 days. Once you get it - find "Registration" section, upload its scan and fill the gaps with the information about your registration.
If you don't upload required documents on time, you will pay "late fee" worth 2000 rubles YOURSELF in Migration department of Verkhny Uslon. Two failures will lead to your deportation. So please pay attention to the expiration date of your documents!
